Employers with five (5) or more employees must train supervisors and employees no later than 12/31/19. The class for supervisors must be of at least two (2) hours, and the class for employees must be of one (1) hour.

The training must be in the language that is the primary language of the employees.

Seminar on Sexual Harassment

Beginning 1/1/20, new employees / supervisors must receive training within six (6) months of being hired. We recommend that senior management / owners take the sexual harassment training class.
